By using Arcado.gg, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Arcado is

Arcado.gg is a platform that lets you build, publish, and play browser games using AI. Games are generated using the Anthropic Claude API based on your text descriptions.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.

Credits

Credits are consumed when you generate or update a game. Free credits are given once at signup. Purchased credits and subscription credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. One-time pack credits never expire.

Your content

You own the games you create on Arcado. By publishing a game, you grant Arcado a license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your games don't contain illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates others' rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Arcado to create games containing adult content, violence targeting real people, illegal content, or anything designed to harm others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated content

Games on Arcado are generated by AI. We don't guarantee the quality, accuracy, or functionality of generated games. The AI may occasionally produce unexpected results.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Arcado after changes means you accept the new terms.
